Desiring a Better Country

Scripture: “They desire a better country, that is, a heavenly one.” — Hebrews 11:16

Every longing for peace, justice, and home points us toward heaven. God has placed eternity in our hearts—a homesickness for His presence. One day, that longing will be fulfilled when we see Him face to face. Until then, our desire for heaven should make us live more faithfully on earth.
